Catering Meeting

I will save a future post to go over the whole theme of our wedding, but in general it is rustic with lots of burlap and lace.  We want the whole feel of the wedding to be very relaxed and casual . . . a big giant party!  The food is essential to making that happen.  One of Chris's gradeschool friends and his mom will be taking care of the food for us.  It is definitely a different style than they have done, but after another meeting with them last night we are on the same page and the food is going to be delicious!  There's going to be two courses of main dish/appetizer choices that you'll be able to eat on the go or on a small place.  Little to no utensils allowed!  Then we'll have desserts followed by a late night muchy course of cereal!  Guests will get to choose their favorite on their RSVPs.  I want to keep some of it a surprise, but here are a few things we have nailed down so far . . . be ready to eat up!
